Dr. Robert Krueger

Biography

Robert Krueger is an Assistant Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, specializing in scalable visualization and visual analytics. His research focuses on developing novel visual analysis techniques and interfaces for biomedical imaging and sequencing data applications, particularly in cancer research. He is a member of the Visualization Imaging Data Analysis Center at NYU and has held a joint appointment as a senior research scientist at Harvard University, where he was the subgroup lead in the Visual Computing Group. He has also worked at Harvard Medical School's Laboratory of Systems Pharmacology. Dr. Krueger received his Ph.D. from the University of Stuttgart, where he studied at the Institute for Visualization and Interactive Systems. His mission includes advancing science and improving disease outcomes via the Spatial Biology Association. He actively participates in interdisciplinary workshops and committees focused on biomedical imaging and data analysis, promoting collaboration among various research labs and university hospitals.
