Biography

Robert Kubica is a Lecturer in the Guitar Program at the Don Wright Faculty of Music at Western University. Since joining the faculty in 1999, he has been actively involved in music performance and education. He has recorded guitar duets with his wife, Wilma van Berkel, and has released solo recordings, including 'Greenwood Gone,' which features his own arrangements of traditional Celtic tunes, and 'Step,' showcasing his compositions for steel-string classical guitar. In addition to his role at Western University, Robert contributes to the National Music Camp of Canada as a faculty member and teaches music at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Secondary School in London. He also serves regularly as an adjudicator in various music festivals across the region.
