Biography

Robert W. Palmatier is the John C. Narver Endowed Professor in Business Administration and a Professor of Marketing at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington. He has served as a Professor since 2007 and previously held positions at the University of Cincinnati and Northwestern University. Palmatier holds a Postdoctoral degree from Northwestern University and a PhD from the University of Missouri.
