Biography

Robert H. Pietrzak completed a B.A. in Psychology at Clark University, M.P.H. in Epidemiology, and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Connecticut. He has been involved in key studies focusing on Iraq combat veterans, mental health resilience in the military, and the long-term impact of events on World Trade Center responders. His work has significantly contributed to understanding the risk and resilience factors relevant to posttraumatic stress disorder and the implications for treatment and care.
