Biography

R. Lor Randall, MD, FACS, serves as the Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, Davis. His clinical research focuses on musculoskeletal surgical oncology, where he builds leading-edge trans-disciplinary teams to combat rare cancers that affect connective tissues in both children and adults. His efforts in translational research have gained international recognition, particularly through his work as the chief of the Sarcoma Array Research Consortium, where he investigates the molecular genetic mechanisms of sarcomas.
