Biography

Robert Rizzi is a Lecturer at Harvard Law School, specializing in tax law. He has extensive experience advising multinational businesses on income tax aspects of corporate and partnership transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Additionally, he provides counsel to high-net-worth families on transactional and cross-border tax planning matters. Over the years, Rizzi has represented numerous presidential appointees throughout the vetting process, including cabinet and subcabinet members, as well as ambassadorial appointees from both Democratic and Republican administrations.
