Biography

Dr. Robert Sarmiento is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Queen's University. He is a board-certified neurologist with a passion for vascular stroke neurology and hyperacute stroke care, as well as public health and medical education. Originally from the Philippines, Dr. Sarmiento completed his clinical specialty training at the University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital, where he served as chief resident in 2020.
