Biography

Robert Forman Spiera, M.D. is the Director of the Vasculitis and Scleroderma Program at the Hospital for Special Surgery. With a special focus on Scleroderma and Vasculitis, he conducts clinical trials and observational studies in these areas, aiming to improve patient outcomes. Dr. Spiera has expertise in treating a variety of rheumatologic conditions, including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Wegener’s Granulomatosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
