Biography

Robin Gasiorowski completed medical training at Cambridge University and University College London before moving to Australia in 2004. He underwent specialist haematology training at Royal Prince Alfred and Concord hospitals, working as a clinical laboratory haematologist. Currently, he holds appointments at Concord and Macquarie University Hospitals. His particular interests include acute leukaemia and high-grade lymphoma. In 2017, he completed his PhD at the University of Sydney in the Dendritic Cell Research group, focusing on the development of novel therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML). In addition to contributing to the group's work, he has a strong interest in clinical research, particularly in the development of novel immune therapies for patients with haematological malignancies. He has been the principal investigator in several industry-sponsored clinical trials for patients with high-grade lymphoma and leukaemia.
