Biography

Robyn Gerry is an Adjunct Professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, specializing in Strategy and Business Economics. She holds a BFA from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the University of British Columbia, completing her MBA in 2018. Robyn has over five years of experience in real estate economic consulting, with a focus on pre-development due diligence and project management across both private and public sectors in British Columbia. Currently, she serves as a Development Manager for BC Housing, where she supports the development of over 2000 units through the Provincial Redevelopment Program, which emphasizes preserving affordability and maximizing purpose-built rental developments on provincially owned land. In addition to her professional duties, Robyn volunteers with Big Sisters Canada and is a member of ULI BC's Young Leaders Group since 2017. In her free time, she enjoys riding her road bike, playing with her dog Puddy, and engaging in sailing and skiing activities.
