Professor Dr. Rocco Marando

Biography

Rocco Marando is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Yale University School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in 1980. Following this, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Nassau University Medical Center in 1983 and then continued his residency training in Anesthesiology at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Marando furthered his education with a Basic Science Pain Research fellowship and subsequently joined the faculty at Yale as an Assistant Professor in 2014. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology since 1990, showcasing his commitment to the field and ensuring high standards of care in his practice.
