Biography

Professor Roger Hart has a respected international profile in the field of infertility, particularly in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and early life origins of reproductive disorders. He is an invited plenary speaker on the influence of endocrine disrupting chemicals on reproduction and has been regularly invited to the International Copenhagen Workshop on EDCs. His research on the long-term health effects of IVF treatments led to an invitation to present at the Endocrine Society Meeting in Chicago in 2023. With over 200 published papers in reproductive medicine, Professor Hart is the Convener of the PSRM 2023 and FSANZ 2024, and currently serves as the Chair of the Ministerial Expert Panel on ART in Western Australia. He has held several prominent positions including Chair of the RANZCOG CREI committee and Australian representative on various international committees regarding reproductive health. His ongoing work includes influence on clinical guidelines and active participation in media discussions related to infertility and reproductive health.
