Biography

Roger Linington is a professor and a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair at Simon Fraser University in the Department of Chemistry. His research focuses on high-throughput screening and natural products discovery, particularly in relation to drug discovery and chemical biology. His lab employs modern techniques spanning marine microbiology, natural product isolation, structure elucidation, synthetic medicinal chemistry, and metabolomics to explore biological problems and develop new drug compounds.
