Dr. Tsang is a medical oncologist at the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Calgary. In 2025, he assumed the inaugural role of Program Chief Medical Information Officer for Cancer Care at Alberta Health Services. His research areas focus on Breast Cancer, Neuro-Oncology (CNS Cancers), and Informatics, including Artificial Intelligence applications. He is an active participant in local and cooperative group, industry-sponsored research studies in breast and CNS cancers and serves as a site Principal Investigator for Canadian Cancer Trials Group studies.
