Dr. Roger Wyn Jones

Biography

Roger Wyn-Jones is a respected leadership development coach, working with established leaders to maximize their performance in current roles and prepare them to advance to the next level. He has over 25 years of experience as an advisor to leaders navigating change, having partnered with some of the world’s leading consulting firms such as Coopers & Lybrand, PwC, and IBM. His focus has been on designing and implementing organizational behavioral change programs. Since 2005, Roger has worked as a coach, facilitator, and tutor for individual leaders and small leadership teams, particularly in the professional services sector. He has coached UK managing partners and practice area leads, drawing from his substantial experience with leaders in multicultural contexts, including Russia, Scandinavia, Japan, and Abu Dhabi. His coaching clients have included major organizations like Exxon, McDonald's, Sony, Barclays, and the Abu Dhabi Government. Roger's research interests center on the progression to top positions within professional services firms. He holds an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and has been awarded a Diploma with Distinction in Coaching & Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring. Additionally, he has gained advanced qualifications in behavioral change and is qualified to use a variety of psychometric tools.
