Biography

Ronald P. Olson, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician serving as a clinical associate professor at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He has extensive expertise in sports medicine and point of care ultrasound, contributing to the education of physician assistant students. Dr. Olson earned his MD from the University of Calgary. Prior to his role at USC, he served as the medical director of pre-operative screening at Duke University Medical Center and was a faculty member at Duke University Medical School. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine.
