Rosalie Ocker is a Teaching Professor and Coordinator of the B.S. Enterprise Technology Integration at Penn State University's College of Information Sciences and Technology. In addition to her research, she teaches courses on enterprise architecture, agility, research methods, and software requirements determination. Ocker has received the George J.
