Biography

Rose Glenn has more than 30 years of C-suite communications experience in the healthcare industry. She served as Chief Communications Marketing Officer for Michigan Medicine, leading communication and marketing strategy and digital engagement for one of the country’s top health systems and medical schools. Currently, she is the president of Rose Glenn & Associates, leveraging her extensive experience with large, complex health systems to provide communications expertise to clients across the country. Rose received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2018 from her alma mater. She obtained a master’s degree from George Washington University in 2011, graduating as valedictorian with honors. Rose has significant expertise in strategic communication, issues management, marketing strategy, consumer experience, and digital transformation. She is a guest speaker at numerous healthcare conferences and organizations and has been active in professional organizations, previously serving as president of the national board of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), which presented her with the Leadership Excellence Award in 2022. Rose also received the John Eudes Vision & Excellence Award in 2023 from Greystone.net and serves on the steering committee of HealthcareNEXT, an affinity group for Inforum Michigan, dedicated to accelerating the careers of women. Additionally, she is a certified executive coach and a lifelong mentor to women in multiple organizations.
