Roseanna Sommers is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology and a Faculty Associate in Law at the University of Michigan. She has a PhD in Psychology from Yale University and a JD from Yale University. Her research primarily focuses on areas related to Experimental Jurisprudence and Social Psychology, examining the implications of psychological principles within legal contexts. Sommers is associated with the Psychology and Law Studies Lab, where she applies empirical findings to practical legal questions and societal implications.
