Biography

Rowan Hall is an Impact Research Fellow at the UCL Constitution Unit, focusing on the Constitutional Principles Health Democracy project. His research aims to create real-world impact by informing political debates and strategically promoting the Unit's research. Before joining the Constitution Unit as a full-time Impact Researcher in late 2023, Rowan worked as a Research Volunteer in 2022.
