Dr. Roxana Gates

Biography

Roxana Gates, MSW, LCSW is a clinical social worker with 20 years of experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings including medical, mental health, adoption, and geriatrics. She provides behavioral health services including mental health assessments, short-term therapy, and consultation for primary care providers within a collaborative model. Additionally, Roxana is a team member at the interprofessional Geriatric Assessment Clinic at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan and is bilingual, utilizing her bicultural knowledge to enhance her work with the Latino community, particularly monolingual Spanish speakers. Roxana is passionate about helping and provides community services aimed at assisting the homeless and underserved local communities.
