Biography

Roxanne Azoory is a practicing physical therapist and curriculum facilitator with significant leadership, teaching, research, and clinical experience. She is currently the co-lead for Unit 10 of the MScPT program at the University of Toronto, where she supports the equitable implementation of high-quality program themes. Roxanne has served as the National Chair of the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and has been involved in the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia. She is a Fellow of both the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and the Australian College of Physiotherapists (FACP), and she continues to serve as an examiner for the Australian Specialization Training Program. Her previous academic roles include Assistant Professor at the University of Sydney and lecturer for the postgraduate Orthopaedic Musculoskeletal Manipulative Physiotherapy Program at McMaster University. Roxanne is committed to evidence-informed clinical practice and advancing physiotherapy education internationally.
