Biography

Rui He is a Senior Lecturer at the Manchester Institute of Education (MIE), University of Manchester, where he primarily teaches the MA International Education programme. He has designed and coordinated the MIE Postgraduate Academic Enlightenment Programme, which provides bespoke support for postgraduate students.
