Biography

Rui Lin received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Information Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China, in 2011, followed by a PhD degree in Communication Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, in 2016. He is currently a researcher in the Optical Networks research group within the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. His research interests lie in high-speed optical communication, cybersecurity, and quantum-empowered networks.
