Dr. Rupan Bose

Biography

Rupan Bose, MD, MB, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Stanford University. He specializes in Preventive Cardiology, focusing particularly on high-risk populations. His mission is to identify the underlying drivers of cardiovascular risk, with a clinic that emphasizes a data-driven approach to address individual risk factors. Dr. Bose is deeply involved in the intersection of medicine and technology, with a particular focus on leveraging emerging technologies and innovations to improve cardiovascular disease monitoring and outcomes. Hailing from the local Bay Area, he completed his Medical Degree at the Keck School of Medicine of USC and underwent his Residency in Internal Medicine at USC, followed by a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at Harbor-UCLA. He also holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology, with an emphasis in Bioinformatics from the University of Pennsylvania. At Stanford, Dr. Bose serves in multiple capacities, including as the Medical Director of Inpatient Cardiology Services and the Medical Director of the Inpatient Cardiology Unit. He is also actively involved in the South Asian Translational Heart Initiative (SSATHI) clinic.
