Biography

Dr. Ryan Rimmer is a subspecialty-trained otolaryngologist focusing on advanced rhinology and skull base surgery. He has expertise in the management of chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyposis, nasal obstruction, epistaxis, olfactory dysfunction, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, and sinonasal tumors. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and earned his MD from the University of Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, graduating summa cum laude with Research Honors. Throughout his training, he was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received multiple awards for excellence in otolaryngology. He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and pursued further fellowship training in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at Oregon Health Science University. His research interests center on outcomes research for patients with rhinologic, skull base, and orbital diseases.
