Ryan J. Sherman joined the faculty of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology as an Assistant Professor in 2019. He also contributes to professional technical committees such as the Transportation Research Board (TRB) and the National Steel Bridge Alliance (NSBA), and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
