Biography

Saar Sabine F Van Overfelt is a PhD student in the PHAGEBio group at the Department of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, University of Copenhagen. Her research focuses on the discovery of bacteriophage proteins that hijack and inhibit the growth of ESBL E. coli, with the aim of discovering interaction sites for novel antimicrobials.
