Biography

Sabina Sudan is a corporate lawyer with 25 years of professional experience, of which 15 years have been dedicated to legal advisory in India since 2005. Her focus includes global Ethics & Compliance, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Ethical Leadership. She has lived and worked in India, New York, Arizona, and Singapore, and she has traveled to 60 countries primarily for business purposes. Since 2015, she has been a consultant and an adjunct professor at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, teaching courses in their BBA, FT MBA, and PMBA MiniMasters programs. Additionally, she has served as visiting faculty at the National University of Singapore and the Global Risk Management Institute in Gurgaon, India. Sabina has held significant roles in major corporations, including Vice President and Ethics & Compliance Officer at GlaxoSmithKline and Director of Ethics & Compliance at Abbott Laboratories. Throughout her career, she has implemented international compliance programs and provided training on anti-corruption initiatives. Sabina holds an LL.M. from Columbia University in New York, an LL.B. from Delhi University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
