Dr. Sachin Gujar

Biography

Sachin Gujar is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Radiological Science at Johns Hopkins University, specializing in Neuroradiology. He completed his MBBS at Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Medical College in Pune, India, and pursued further education with a residency in Radiology at Sassoon General Hospital. He completed a two-year neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Michigan, after which he served on the faculty there for over five years. Since joining Johns Hopkins in 2008, Dr. Gujar has contributed significantly to the field of adult neuroradiology, with particular interests in brain tumor imaging, physiologic imaging, and functional MRI. He has published numerous articles related to Neuroradiology and actively participates in advancing the understanding and diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases, head and neck radiology, and spinal cord disorders. His dedication to research and teaching continues to impact the next generation of medical professionals in the field of radiology.
