Biography

Saif Ullah joined the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in July 2008. He completed his PhD at the University of Alberta and holds a BA in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of the Punjab, a Master of Public Administration degree from Quaid-e-Azam University in Islamabad, and an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Prior to his academic career, he worked in the banking sector for several years. He has published papers in high-quality journals, including the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Financial Stability, Information Systems Frontiers, and the International Review of Financial Analysis and Managerial Finance. His research interests encompass business ethics, corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and financial institutions. He has received recognition for his contributions, including a paper award from the Northern Finance Association in 2005 and has presented his work at various significant conferences, including the Financial Management Association Annual Meeting in 2008 and the Paris Financial Management Conference in 2015.
