Biography

Sam Lawton is a lecturer in Sociological and Cultural Studies at the University of Glasgow, specializing in bisexuality and its sociological implications. His primary research interests encompass the sociology of sexuality, bisexuality, asexuality, gender, masculinity, queer theory, and the examination of prejudice, discrimination, and stigma within societal constructs. Lawton has also participated as a tutor in various research placements and microcredential courses, demonstrating his commitment to educating upcoming scholars in the social sciences.
