Samantha M. Mastanduno is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. She specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, providing care to adults with a focus on a holistic and conservative approach. Her philosophy revolves around understanding each patient's unique lifestyle and functional abilities to create effective, personalized treatment plans. Dr. Mastanduno has extensive training in fluoroscopic ultrasound-guided injections and offers a range of minimally invasive treatments, including lumbar epidural injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablations. She has dedicated her career to conservative treatment options, aligning her practice with proactive healthcare engagement and patient education. An active member of professional organizations, such as the International Pain Spine Intervention Society and the North American Spine Society, Dr. Mastanduno stays at the forefront of advancements in her field.
