Biography

Samuel Tang takes an interdisciplinary and internationally collaborative approach toward environmental sustainability, focusing on governance and science policy studies. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Business Sustainable Development at University College London, he brings expertise from his previous roles, including Research Fellow at the Imperial College Business School and Postdoctoral Fellow at Queen Mary University of London. His research explores the intersection of organizations addressing global challenges and climate change, emphasizing the importance of regulatory frameworks. He holds a PhD in Geography from King's College London, where he studied corporate responses to climate change reporting requirements, as well as an MSc in Sustainable Development and a BSc with honors in Geography from the University of Exeter. Alongside his research, he advises SMEs on enhancing environmental and social sustainability practices.
