Dr. Sara Awad completed her Internal Medicine residency program at Queen's University in 2015 and further pursued subspecialty training in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2017. Clinically, Dr. Awad's interests include managing thyroid cancer, advanced diabetes technologies such as insulin pumps, and addressing pituitary gland disorders in the context of diabetes during pregnancy.
