Sara Elias joined the Gustavson School of Business in 2016. Bridging the literatures of entrepreneurship and organizational aesthetics, her work embraces philosophical assumptions of relationality, interdependence, and intersubjectivity. Her recent research explores the creative entrepreneurial processes that unfold in various arts entrepreneurship settings, shedding new light on the processes of creative imagination and co-creation of aesthetic value. Sara is an associate editor of the Scandinavian Journal of Management and serves on the editorial boards of Art, Culture & Entrepreneurship and Organizações & Sociedade.
