Biography

Sara Fleiss is a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, specializing in Business Administration. She co-founded Emeth Partners, an emerging markets arbitrage hedge fund, where she currently serves as co-portfolio manager. Prior to this, Sara was the lead analyst for the Emerging Markets Equities portfolio at Harvard Management Company (HMC), where she developed a team focused on risk and volatility arbitrage. Sara began her career at Citigroup on the Equity Derivatives desk. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Applied Math from Harvard College, where she was the captain of the golf team. In addition to her academic responsibilities, Sara is actively involved in community service, serving on the board of the Park School and chairing the investment committee for United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley. She also sits on the advisory board of Match Education. Sara resides in Brookline with her husband and children.
