Biography

Sara Slinn is a professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, having joined the faculty in 2007 after five years at Queen's Faculty of Law. Her research focuses on labour and employment law, particularly the impediments to collective employee representation and the intersection of charter rights and labour law. Slinn's interdisciplinary graduate work culminated in a PhD in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto.
