Biography

Sarah-Patricia Breen is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development at the University of Guelph and serves as the BC Regional Innovation Chair (RIC) in Rural Economic Development at Selkirk College. Originally from Thunder Bay, she currently resides in Nelson with her husband and dog.
