Biography

Sarah Axeen, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Her research focuses on understanding the drivers behind opioid use and abuse in the United States, evaluating the effectiveness of state-level policies on mental and behavioral health care outcomes.
