Biography

Sarah Hammer is the Managing Director of the Stevens Center for Innovation in Finance and the Senior Director of the Harris Alternative Investments Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She teaches an upper-level Juris Doctor course on financial regulation at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Furthermore, she is a board member of the Independent Management Advisory Committee for the International Telecommunications Union, a United Nations specialized agency. Hammer earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, along with a Master of Studies from Oxford University.
