Sarah Hess is a Doctoral Student at Cornell University's Department of Nutritional Sciences, where she focuses on community nutrition. Under the guidance of her chair, Angela Odoms-Young, Sarah is dedicated to advancing the understanding of how chronic stress influences health behaviors and developing strategies to promote healthy lifestyles in low socioeconomic populations.
