Biography

Sarah Munro (she/her) is a qualitative health services researcher who conducts interdisciplinary research guided by the central question: ‘What factors influence equitable access to high-quality, culturally-safe sexual and reproductive health care for equity-deserving populations?’ She currently leads collaborative, community-based investigations focusing on youth preferences regarding contraception access, Indigenous peoples’ experiences in accessing family planning care, and preferences related to accessing abortion care among individuals in Texas. Furthermore, she develops and implements shared decision-making interventions aimed at promoting person-centred family planning.
