Biography

Dr. Sarah Singh is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Optometry at UC Berkeley's School of Optometry & Vision Science, where she provides care for pediatric patients in the Infant/Toddler Clinic and the Myopia Control Clinic. She graduated from Berkeley Optometry in 2014 and pursued residency training in Pediatrics and Primary Care at Berkeley, where she was exposed to myopia control under the mentorship of Dr. Maria Liu. Throughout her Ph.D. training, she continued to see patients at the Myopia Control Clinic in Berkeley and trained optometric interns and residents in myopia control techniques. Her current research centers on the use of atropine for myopia prevention and understanding the epidemiology of refractive errors in children.
