Biography

Dr. Sarah Sperry is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at the University of Michigan. Utilizing mobile technology such as smartphones and wearable devices, she employs intensive longitudinal modeling to explore intraindividual variability in real-world contexts concerning emotion, sleep, circadian rhythms, and impulsivity. Dr. Sperry is a licensed clinical psychologist who actively treats adults with bipolar-related disorders using evidence-based interventions and supervises practicum students, postdoctoral fellows, and clinical trainees.
