Biography

Sarah joined the School of Management in 2013 and leads courses such as Understanding Management and the Extended Project (Dissertation). She has experience lecturing and tutoring in undergraduate and postgraduate programs on subjects including management, leadership, strategy, reflective practice, change, research methodology, and dissertation completion. Sarah enjoys direct contact with students through lectures and seminars, and she values the privilege of working closely with students during the supervision of their undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations. Before joining the public sector, Sarah worked for a private training company focused on workplace training, spending several years establishing operations in the UAE. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and holds a Doctorate from Essex Business School, University of Essex. Her PhD research explored the lived dimension of organizational space within English cathedrals.
