Biography

Sarah E. Wong ’21, PharmD, is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Program Manager at the Diabetes Patient Care Clinics at the University of the Pacific. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific. Wong is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the American Pharmacists Association, the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the California Pharmacists Association. She is dedicated to recognizing individuals who face challenges in accessing health care and aims to help them navigate these barriers. Her passion for helping others inspired her pursuit of a career in pharmacy, and she takes pride in her role at the University, where she has the opportunity to foster a supportive learning environment for her students. In her free time, Wong enjoys reading, writing, and knitting, and she has a particular interest in watching nature documentaries and adaptations of Jane Austen's works.
