Biography

Sarah Woodruff is an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Windsor and holds a Status-Only Associate position at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. Additionally, she has an Adjunct Faculty appointment in the School of Public Health and Health Systems at the University of Waterloo. She serves as the Director of the Community Health, Environment, Wellness (CHEW) Lab, which focuses on multidisciplinary research aimed at advancing health and wellness among Canadians. Her research involves partnerships with various public health units and organizations, including the Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association (BANA), Leadership Advancement for Women in Sport (LAWS), and the Ontario Student Nutrition Program.
