Wordsworth leads significant policy work and is involved with the Health Economics Genomics England Clinical Interpretation Partnership (GeCIP), contributing to the UK's 100,000 Genomes Project, the largest sequencing initiative worldwide, which has sequenced 100,000 whole genomes from 70,000 NHS patients with rare diseases and cancer. A Senior Fellow at St. Anne’s College, she serves on the college's Governing Body, acts as a graduate advisor for DPhil and MSc students, and is part of the Centre for Personalised Medicine at St. Anne’s Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics.
