Biography

Sarv Priya, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. With a specialization in Pediatric Radiology, Dr. Priya has a rich background, having completed her residency training in India and advanced cardiac MRI training at Boston Children’s Hospital. She completed a Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, following fellowships in Pediatric Imaging and Body Imaging. Before joining UW-Madison, Dr. Priya served as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Iowa, where she was the Director of Cardiac Imaging and Medical Director of the 3D Lab. Her clinical focus lies in pediatric congenital cardiovascular imaging, with research interests that include artificial intelligence, radiomics, and virtual reality visualization within congenital cardiac imaging. Dr. Priya has authored over 60 peer-reviewed papers and is an active member of the Society for Pediatric Radiology’s Cardiac Committee. Additionally, she serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Computer-Assisted Tomography and reviews manuscripts for various radiology journals. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys watching basketball and crime shows, as well as spending time with her family.
